Expecting

Is navigating the emotions and anxiety more than you expected? Wondering if it’s normal that you don’t quite feel like yourself? You love your baby more than anything, but this season feels heavier or lonelier than you imagined.

You’re not alone. Pregnancy and postpartum bring huge changes.  Your body, your relationships, your identity, and your sense of self are all shifting. These shifts can be both beautiful and overwhelming, sometimes all at once.

As a therapist trained in perinatal mental health, I offer a space where you can be honest about how you’re really doing. Talking without judgment or pressure to have it all together. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re feeling, find steadiness in the chaos, and help you reconnect with yourself in this new chapter of motherhood.

Family Time

Have you noticed that things feel different between you lately? Maybe the connection feels harder to find, the tension builds faster, or it feels like you’re running on empty and speaking different languages. Parenthood has a way of shifting even the strongest relationships.

Between sleepless nights, new responsibilities, and changing identities, it’s easy for couples to lose touch with each other in the mix. You’re both trying,  yet it can still feel like you’re missing each other.

In our work together, we’ll slow things down to understand what’s really happening underneath the surface. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method approaches, I help couples rebuild connection, improve communication, and move from frustration back to closeness.

You don’t have to keep repeating the same patterns. Together, we’ll find new ways to understand and support each other.  Even in the thick of parenthood.

Do you ever feel like you’ve lost touch with yourself in the middle of caring for everyone else? Maybe you’re juggling so much that there’s no space left for your own needs . So commonly, you're not even sure who you are outside of being “mom.”

Motherhood is full of love and meaning, but it can also bring stress, guilt, and identity shifts that no one really prepares you for. You deserve support that’s just for you. You deserve a space to exhale, reflect, and reconnect with who you are becoming.

In individual therapy, we’ll explore what’s feeling heavy, what you want more of, and what’s getting in the way. Through a relational and holistic approach, I’ll help you make sense of your experiences, strengthen your self-compassion, and move toward more balance, confidence, and clarity in this season of life.

Sex and intimacy can be some of the most vulnerable parts of who we are,  yet they’re often the hardest to talk about. Whether you’re an individual wanting to better understand your own relationship with sex, or a couple feeling disconnected or unsure where to start, you’re not alone in this.

Many people experience changes in desire, comfort, or connection — especially through the transitions of parenthood, stress, or shifting identities. These experiences are common, but that doesn’t make them easy to navigate.

In our work together, we’ll create a space that’s open, respectful, and free of judgment. We’ll explore how emotional, relational, physical, religious, and cultural factors shape your experience of intimacy and work toward building a more satisfying, authentic connection with both yourself or your partner.

Sex therapy isn’t just about fixing problems. It’s about understanding yourself more fully and fostering closeness, confidence, and joy in your relationships.
