At AEL Therapy, I am committed to being an accessible, respectful, and clinically sound resource for military members, veterans, and first responders.

I recognize the unique stressors that come with service-based roles, whether it's irregular schedules, cumulative trauma exposure, high responsibility, or the expectation to keep going even when you’re depleted. My goal is to offer care that is both attuned and sustainable, for you and for my practice.

Reduced-Fee Spots

I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee sessions  for individuals or couples who are:

• Active duty military

• Veterans

• First responders

These sessions are offered at a $75 flat rate for individual therapy and $100 for couples.

Because availability is intentionally limited, these spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may not always be open. When reduced-fee spots are full, you are welcome to join a waitlist or schedule at my standard rate.
