Parenthood quietly changes your relationship, your energy, and your sense of self. If you’re feeling burned out, resentful, or wondering why this season feels heavier than you expected, you’re not broken, and you’re not alone. Therapy with me offers a space to slow things down, make sense of what has shifted after having kids, and begin rebuilding connection in a way that fits your real life.

I'm Abby, a mom of three who lost herself in the chaos of motherhood in her early twenties and now gets to walk through these changing seasons with her clients. I love a Diet Coke any time of the day, takeout sushi and queso with anyone willing to eat both at one dinner, and buying planners to try and organize my life, but forgetting I own it and never touching it again.

I am trained in perinatal and maternal mental health as well as sex therapy to work with moms and couples in the thick of parenthood. I don't just work with parents, though! They're just my specialty.
